1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIGoChat (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.
2. Description of Service
AIGoChat provides an AI chatbot builder platform that allows users to create, train, and embed AI-powered chat widgets on their websites. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Downgrading may result in loss of features or data exceeding the new plan limits.
5. Free Trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the Free plan. You may cancel before the trial ends without charge. After the trial period, the subscription automatically activates and billing begins.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (e) use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant AIGoChat a limited license to process, store, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of Your Content.
8. AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by the AI chatbot are based on content you provide and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing chatbot responses and ensuring they meet your business standards. AIGoChat is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
AIGoChat and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGoChat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable EU member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where AIGoChat is registered.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
