AIGoChat (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to a plan. We also automatically collect usage data, log files, cookies, and device information when you use our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional and service emails, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union and United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Your Chatbot Knowledge Base
Content you add to your chatbot knowledge base (website content, uploaded documents, Q&A pairs) is stored and processed solely to power your chatbot. We do not use this content to train our AI models or share it with other customers.
5. Cookies

6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party processors: Stripe (payments), OpenAI / Anthropic (AI processing), AWS / Cloudflare (infrastructure), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (analytics). Each processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained according to your plan limits (7 days Free, 30 days Starter, unlimited Professional/Business). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@aigochat.com.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@aigochat.com to exercise these rights.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
